Do I lose my current design if I switch?
No — we rebuild your site 1:1. Same layout, same colours, same copy and images. The only thing that changes is what's running underneath.
Will my Google rankings be affected?
We match your existing URL structure and content, which is standard practice for preserving search rankings through a platform migration.
What if my current site uses Elementor, Divi or another page builder?
Doesn't matter — we rebuild what your visitors see, not the page-builder data underneath it. Any WordPress site can be rebuilt this way.
What happens to my old WordPress site?
That's your call — most clients cancel their WordPress hosting once the new site is live. We can also keep it dormant as a backup if you'd rather.
Can I still log in and edit my own site?
There's no admin login — that's part of what keeps it fast and secure. Small text or image edits are covered by the Secured, Hardened & Managed + Edits plan ($40/month). If you run an active blog or need custom content types, we can scope that separately — let us know when you enquire.
Do you rebuild e-commerce or WooCommerce sites?
The from $1,495 rebuild covers standard business/brochure sites. E-commerce and online stores are a fully bespoke build — get a quote.
What's the difference between the two hosting plans?
Hosting Only is $10/month — Cloudflare hosting, CDN, standard firewall, DNS, SSL, uptime monitoring and routine security patches. Secured, Hardened & Managed + Edits is $40/month and adds a custom-hardened Cloudflare WAF ruleset on top of the standard protection, plus 1 small text/image update per month, 2 business day turnaround. Anything bigger (new pages, layout or design changes) is quoted separately.
How long does the rebuild take?
It depends on your site's size and complexity — a small brochure site moves faster than one with years of blog posts, custom forms or extra pages. We'll give you a firm timeline within a business day of reviewing your site.
When do I pay?
50% deposit to begin the rebuild, with the remaining 50% due once you've reviewed and approved the preview — before we cut over DNS.
Will my site or email go down during the switch?
No — DNS changes propagate almost instantly and we schedule the cutover for a quiet time. If your email runs through the same domain, we confirm your MX records are preserved before touching anything.
Can I leave SiteLaunch later?
Yes — cancel hosting anytime, no lock-in contracts. You own your domain, and we'll help you migrate your site files if you ever decide to move on.
